Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 6+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing AI/ML-driven software solutions.
• Strong ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containers (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
