Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI-first Search Optimization Specialist to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will work remotely with US and international clients, collaborating with writers and AI to produce drafts, and you will report in GA4 and Search Console, delivering quarterly roadmaps and measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO and audits
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsabilités

• Own technical SEO for client book: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture
• Develop keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI
• Improve visibility in AI search, ChatGPT/Perplexity alongside traditional results
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed
• Provide GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps for each client
