Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
7+ years of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record.
Proven experience in leading research projects and mentoring junior researchers.
Expertise in at least one core AI domain (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
Proficiency in programming languages like Python and relevant ML frameworks.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced research in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, or NLP.
Develop and prototype new AI algorithms and models, evaluating their effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, providing technical direction and support.
Collaborate with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready systems.
Publish research findings in leading academic journals and present at international conferences.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research globally.
