• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record.
• Proven experience in leading research projects and mentoring junior researchers.
• Expertise in at least one core AI domain (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and relevant ML frameworks.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prototype new AI algorithms and models, evaluating their effectiveness.
