Job summary

Placements24 seeks an AI Research Engineer with a focus on Computer Vision to advance state-of-the-art algorithms and models in a on-site Benoni environment. • Master's or PhD in CS/EE/AI with CV specialization.
• Minimum 3 years of research and development in computer vision and deep learning.
• Strong programming in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced computer vision algorithms and deep learning models.
• Research new approaches for image analysis, object detection, tracking, and recognition.
• Implement and fine-tune CNNs and other deep learning architectures for vision tasks.
• Process and augment large image/video datasets for model training.
• Optimize model performance for efficiency and accuracy on various hardware.
