Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Raise the AI capability of the team as we scale, establishing patterns, standards, reviews and enabling others to work effectively on this stack.
• Co-define the roadmap with product owners and manage delivery sequence through implementation, release and evidence of usefulness.
• Implement in C# / .NET on Azure using Microsoft AI SDKs, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop and ship .NET services on Azure with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI SDKs on Azure, including tool and function calling in production.

• Co-define the roadmap with product owners, choose a sensible delivery sequence, and stay responsible through implementation, release and evidence of usefulness.
• Implement in C# / .NET on Azure, using Microsoft AI SDKs, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, MCP, and the runtime we already have in product
• Strong commercial C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core). You will ship in our .NET services on Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI SDKs on Azure: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft.Extensions.AI and/or Microsoft Agent Framework, including tool and function calling in production.
