Placements24 invites an experienced AI/ML Platform Developer to join our Sandton engineering team in a hybrid role. You will build and maintain scalable platforms and tools that empower data scientists and ML engineers to develop, train, and deploy AI models at scale.

The role requires strong software development experience, familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building platforms or infrastructure for AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable AI/ML platforms and infrastructure.
• Build and optimize tools and services for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
• Integrate best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and version control for ML artifacts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their requirements and provide robust solutions.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the AI/ML platform.
