Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership educators to shape the next generation of AI. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week) and the opportunity to influence AI reasoning in business contexts.

You will review AI-generated management scenarios, evaluate reasoning on team dynamics and organizational design, and provide clear, structured feedback. This freelance position emphasizes autonomy and collaboration with top research labs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to critique written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning on team dynamics and organizational design.
