Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Strategist to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy, content priorities, and AI-assisted drafting in collaboration with writers. Remote role with US/Canada/South Africa coverage and ongoing client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience.
• Has run audits and fixes themselves.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy and on-page optimization, with writers and AI support.
• Improve discoverability in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local and multi-location SEO as needed for clients.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps per client.
