Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Ethics Reviewers to assess AI-generated content for bias, safety and ethics. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling for those who care about how technology affects people.

No formal ethics or AI background is required; strong critical thinking and cultural awareness are valued as you help ensure AI systems are fair and beneficial.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and flag potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful outputs
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and fair across diverse audiences and perspectives
• Provide clear, structured written feedback using evaluation guidelines
• Apply fairness and safety standards consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
