What You'll Do

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex scenarios
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify problems like factual errors, biased outputs, awkward phrasing, or inappropriate content
• Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts
• Submit structured feedback using clear rating systems and written notes
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Naturally curious and willing to explore diverse topics and conversation styles
• Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning
• Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
• Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, editing, journalism, or content review
• Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
• A background in critical thinking, research, or quality assurance
