You will shape governance, conduct risk analyses, advise cross-functional teams, and engage with government and industry bodies.

Qualifications

Experience collaborating with R&D, product, legal, and governance teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI ethics policies and guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems.
Advise R&D, product, and legal teams on ethical best practices for AI development.
Monitor national and international AI policy developments and regulations.
Engage with government agencies, industry bodies, and academia on AI policy matters.
Develop training programs and educational materials on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
Facilitate discussions and workshops on complex ethical dilemmas in AI.
Contribute to thought leadership and public discourse on AI ethics.
Ensure AI systems are designed with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Investigate and propose resolutions for ethical concerns related to AI applications.
