Placements24, on behalf of a prominent AI & Emerging Technologies leader, seeks an experienced AI Ethics & Governance Specialist for Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will develop frameworks, policies, and guidelines to ensure responsible, ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle.

Collaborate with legal, engineering, and business teams to embed ethical considerations throughout development and deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
• Knowledge of GDPR, AI Act drafts, and related regulations.
• Experience in developing policy documents and ethical guidelines.
