Placements24 is seeking an experienced AI Ethics Consultant to guide responsible AI development across the organization. In a hybrid role, you will advise cross-functional teams on ethical considerations, risks, and best practices to uphold fairness, accountability, transparency, and safety in AI initiatives.

You will lead ethical assessments, develop policies, train staff, and stay current with evolving standards, ensuring stakeholders understand the societal impact of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Law, Philosophy, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on technology ethics.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, technology policy, or risk management.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles and their societal implications.
• Knowledge of ethical frameworks, bias detection, and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
