Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or related field with tech ethics specialization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics, policy development, or governance, preferably with AI or emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their ethical implications.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA) and AI governance principles.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
