Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry required
• Hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI project experience
• Strong Python and API integration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build AI solutions and orchestration pipelines using Azure AI Foundry
• Develop agent-based architectures, multi-step workflows and GenAI solutions
• Build and optimise RAG pipelines
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, microservices and data platforms
• Deploy AI agents across Microsoft Teams and Power Platform
• Implement security, governance, monitoring and responsible AI practices
• Optimise model performance, cost and response accuracy
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI frameworks and best practices
