• Strong problem-solving and judgement ability.
• Experience delivering full-stack features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled workflows and tooling.
• Ability to work in regulated environments with security and accessibility constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own features from architecture to production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand client needs.
• Ship with AI as the primary tool and maintain guardrails against over-reliance.
• Propose improvements to processes, tooling, and standards.
• Work in a regulated financial services context with compliance requirements.
