Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI Developer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role; you will not train models, you will build production systems on top of them.

You will work with LangChain/LangGraph, handle API integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic, and create tools that reduce manual hours across our design and development processes.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalents.
• Integrate with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs (function calling, tool use, streaming).

• Create automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and internal CMS.
