Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model learning and performance. This fully remote, flexible contract role is open to motivated applicants from any background, with no prior AI experience required.

As a remote contractor, you will review content across text, image, and data formats, apply evaluation rubrics, and document actionable feedback to guide model training.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Document feedback in a clear, actionable format to guide model training
• Work across a variety of content types, topics, and task formats

Who You Are

• Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical thinking
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critically assessing written content
• Able to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines
• Clear and concise written communicator in English
• Curious, reliable, and thorough — you take quality seriously
• No prior AI or technical background required
