Qualifications

• 4–5 years in tech, systems, automation, or Microsoft 365-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
• Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation and business process improvement.
• Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess operational and financial impact of tech initiatives.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure, Power BI, Fabric, Python or API integrations is advantageous.
