Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate degree (NQF level 7+) or equivalent.
• BSc Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 7+ years in automating processes and managing data and platforms.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver automation for risk management processes to elevate value, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with risk, data and technology teams to embed automation and data quality controls.
• Lead AI automation initiatives and govern Generative AI adoption within Business Banking Risk.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans with defined KPIs and scorecards.
• Promote digital adoption and ensure auditable, compliant dashboards and reports.
