What You'll Do as an AI Architect

1. Design and build AI systems that actually scale
2. Prototype quickly, test often, and learn fast
3. Work closely with engineering and product teams to ship working tools
4. Stay current with new frameworks and emerging AI techniques
5. Make sure everything you build is explainable, ethical, and secure
6. Contribute ideas that move our AI capability forward
7. Help guide junior engineers where needed

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with AI / ML systems

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Solid grasp of data pipelines and model deployment at scale
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related
• Familiar with MLOps tools and CI / CD workflows
• Comfortable with distributed systems and microservices
• Quick learner, experimental mindset, not afraid to fail fast
• Clear communicator who works well with others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel
