Job summary

AB InBev Africa seeks an AI & Analytics Lead to guide cross-functional teams in identifying, shaping, delivering and scaling high-value AI, automation and analytics across Africa. You will own problem framing, align stakeholders, coordinate delivery and ensure measurable value and adoption of solutions.

You will work hands-on to build early analyses, dashboards and workflows, while coordinating data engineering and AI/automation specialists for scalable delivery across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in analytics, insights, business analysis, strategy, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Experience translating business problems into analytical approaches, solution requirements or decision-support tools.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, ambiguous requests and tight turnaround work.
• Strong evidence of structured problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Framing problems and discovering opportunities by partnering with leaders to translate challenges into clear problem statements and success criteria.
• Lead the jetski as the day-to-day problem lead, coordinating input from SMEs, data engineering, AI/automation and product management.
• Shape analytics, AI and automation solutions with practical options balancing value, speed and governance.
• Define use cases, user journeys, prompts, controls and adoption requirements; ensure outputs are adopted into routines.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical/product leadership, enabling adoption and continuous improvement.
