Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Technical Support professional to provide hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and solid skills in IT support and network troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring secure use of technology, with additional experience in PBX and CCTV being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of connectivity, servers, and office automation.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Job Description :

Technical Support & Maintenance :

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Install, maintain, and configure office automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot printers, networks, connectivity issues, and PC-related problems.
• Ensure proper installation of workstations, laptops, and software.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment.

Infrastructure Management :

• Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and connectivity solutions.
• Provide remote assistance when required.
• Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology.

Additional Responsibilities :

• PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous.
• Perform occasional overtime where necessary.

Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of connectivity, servers, and office automation.
• Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
