The Role (Entrepreneur-in-Residence Model)

This is more than an internship—it's a pathway to entrepreneurship. We’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual ready to ideate, build, and innovate. You’ll research, design, validate, and prototype AI-driven solutions with the clear objective of transitioning into a founding role within our venture studio.

As an AI Agent Builder Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Research & Innovation: Identify and validate market opportunities for AI solutions through market research and customer discovery.
• Consultancy & Problem Solving: Engage directly with businesses to analyze operations, identify pain points, and conceptualize practical AI-driven solutions.
• Prototyping & Product Development: Collaborate with tech and business experts to design and rapidly prototype scalable AI agents.
• Business Modeling: Develop preliminary business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for validated AI solutions.
• Iterative Feedback: Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and refine prototypes to achieve product-market fit.
• Leadership & Strategy: Contribute actively to shaping a consultancy model that enables effective AI adoption among businesses.

Who We're Looking For

You are an entrepreneurial-minded individual comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to learn, and passionate about AI innovation and entrepreneurship.

Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree minimum; Honours or Masters preferred) in:
• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Business Administration / Entrepreneurship (with proven tech competencies)
• Demonstrable experience with at least one practical AI, technology, or digital innovation project (academic or professional).
• Previous internship, consulting, startup experience, or participation in tech-driven innovation projects.

Achievements (Preferred):

• At least one demonstrable entrepreneurial achievement (startup experience, pitch competitions, innovation awards, hackathons).
• Proven involvement in solving practical, real-world business or technical problems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
