Job summary

Qualifications

• BSC Agriculture required; additional Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Agronomy advantageous.
• Sales aptitude and pesticide knowledge beneficial.

• Strong agronomy and pesticide management knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Sell pesticide testing services and agronomy consultancy.
• Develop and maintain a database of leads and clients.
• Implement sales and marketing plans with Head of Agriculture.
• Provide timely reports and updates.
• Understand and advise on MRL analyses.
• Assist clients in interpreting lab results.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
• Assist agronomist with agronomic advice.
• Conduct farm visits to assess client needs.
