Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in agricultural research and experimental design.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (R, SAS) and statistical methodologies.
• Strong understanding of plant biology, soil chemistry, and ecological principles relevant to agriculture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for disseminating research findings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct field and laboratory experiments related to crop physiology, soil science, and plant pathology.
