Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with experience leading HR systems projects to join our team on an onsite contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully delivering HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR systems implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to drive project execution, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
Conduct regular project reporting, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
Ensure alignment with best practices in HR technology and compliance with relevant policies.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on HR systems projects.
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
PMP, Agile, and Scrum certifications (mandatory).
Hands-on experience managing full lifecycle HRIS, Payroll, or Talent Management System implementations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
