Reverside is an IT services provider seeking professional candidates for our team in Software Development. We offer opportunities to work on exciting projects within our well-established client base. We are looking for an Agile Project Lead/Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile values within the team and organization.
• Participate in PI Planning, contributing to objectives and technical aspects of the Program Increment plan.
• Align project activities with the product vision and roadmap.
• Provide technical insights to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Develop and manage detailed iteration plans and execute within the Sprint and PI plan.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Apply a hybrid approach of Agile and traditional methodologies as appropriate.
• Participate in project initiation, defining the business case and project charter.
• Oversee project execution, manage schedules, dependencies, and deviations.
• Collaborate on release planning and post-release support.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• Coordinate technical resources and manage dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and remove impediments.
• Ensure quality standards and manage project budgets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate transparent communication.
