• 8+ years’ experience in the IT industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Github, Bitbucket
• Facilitating Agile Practices: Ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, facilitating meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Supporting the Team: Assisting the team in removing impediments to progress, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring effective communication.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team to identify and implement process enhancements.

• 8+ years’ experience in IT industry
• IT Degree and or Agile Master Certified 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in the automotive industry advantageous
• Relevant Agile Master certification would be advantageous.
