Introduction

Tracker requires the services of an Agent: Installation Support in their Installation Logistics – Scheduling division.

The candidates will be required to ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained, solve customer queries, and work in a highly pressurized environment.

We require diligent and hard-working individuals who can be part of a highly motivated team. Location: Randburg Head Office X11

Responsibilities include:

  1. Marketing Tracker to both existing and prospective clients.
  2. Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with various partners.
  3. Contract administration, feedback, and daily statistical reporting.
  4. Maintaining customer service standards in a pressurized environment.
  5. Providing service within the region and to other departments/staff within Tracker.
  6. Meeting or exceeding targets.
  7. Following up on leads and queries.
  8. Scheduling fitments of Tracker units.
  9. Liaising with technicians regarding appointments and rescheduling as needed.
  10. Checking and maintaining high quality schedules.
  11. Monitoring the effective utilization of Tracker technicians.
  12. Outsourcing work to fitment centers.
  13. Maintaining local and regional scheduling relationships.
  14. Managing potential cancellations.
  15. Taking ownership of all received queries and calls, and assisting clients within SLA's.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Matric with at least 1 year of Contact Centre experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is advantageous.
  • Excellent typing and accurate data capturing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone manner.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with voice recording of calls.
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline.
  • Ability to work independently.
