Job description

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant Candidate research / Agency recruitment experience from within a Recruitment Agency / Search firm environment. They must be proficient in candidate research on Linked In and the various on-line job portals (Career Junction, PNET, Executive Placements). They will also be expected to maximise the in-house recruitment system. Previous agency recruitment experience is essential and recruitment / candidate research experience in Financial Services is preferred Placement Partner experience is preferred. A completed Tertiary qualification is an added advantage. The candidate must be diligent, self-managed and motivated and happy to work remotely from home for a small and dynamic company where they are able to influence and build their own working day. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written are essential. Duties will involve : Working closely with the 2 directors of the business; Understanding the key positions that require candidate research; Researching social media and the various portals / systems to find suitable candidates esp Linked In; Contacting candidates (phone / email) and actively selling the opportunity to them; Assisting with interviewing the candidates where necessary; All associated admin regarding the candidates - references and MIE checks; Ad hoc client visits with the directors; If you have the necessary recruitment agency experience described above, please contact Adam at Strategic Personnel.
