AGCO Corporation in Johannesburg is seeking an Aftersales Parts Coordinator on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role links AGCO's Logistics and Supply Chain Operations with the Southern African dealer network to deliver responsive, high-quality customer service.

You will collaborate with multi-brand partners and internal teams to monitor dealer inquiries, resolve service issues, and manage backorders while coordinating with Logistics for revised timelines.

Formación

• Knowledge of parts and aftermarket business practices.
• Proficiency with AGCO systems and procedures (order processing, pro forma management, immobilised machine escalation).
• Understanding of export procedures and documentation requirements.
• Commercial understanding of dealer partner relationships.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Strong English communication skills; Afrikaans understanding beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage dealer calls and emails in Salesforce, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve aftersales service issues and provide progress updates to dealers.
• Monitor backorders and escalations with Logistics to improve delivery timelines.
• Process exceptions in OASIS and create pro forma orders for prepayment markets.
• Coordinate with Logistics to address freight and service-quality concerns.
• Administer customer claims and returns.
• Support dealer events and provide cover for Logistics and Coordinators as needed.

This role serves as the day-to-day link between AGCO's Logistics and Supply Chain Operations and the Southern African dealer network. The successful candidate will collaborate with multi-brand distribution partners and internal teams to provide responsive, high-quality customer service support.

Your Impact

• Manage and monitor dealer calls and emails in Salesforce, ensuring enquiries are resolved within agreed response times.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues affecting dealer aftersales performance and provide dealers with proactive progress updates.
• Monitor backorders, manage VOR escalations, and work with Logistics to improve delivery commitments and communicate revised timelines to dealers.
• Resolve order exceptions in OASIS, create pro forma orders for prepayment markets, and maintain accurate dealer account information.
• Partner with the Logistics Coordinator to address freight and service-quality concerns and identify improvements.
• Administer customer claims and returns.
• Support dealer events, conferences, and seminars, and provide cover for the Logistics and Coordinators to maintain business continuity during absences.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Strongknowledge of thepartsandaftermarketbusiness, includinggeneralindustryand market-specificpractices.
• Proficiency inAGCO systems and procedures, including order processing, pro formamanagement,andimmobilised machine escalation, supported by strong computerskills.
• Soundknowledge of export procedures and documentationrequirements.
• Commercial understanding of AGCO's relationships with its dealer partners.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to speak and understand Afrikaans.
• Soundunderstanding ofAGCO'sbusinessand the abilitytocoordinatesupportacrossthe organisation to deliverresponsive,high-qualitycustomer service.
• Broad industryknowledge to understand the needs ofdealersand end users.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
