Job title : Aftersales Operations Manager

Job Location : Gauteng, Pretoria

Deadline : May 25, 2025

Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring sales objectives are achieved: Deliver monthly wholesale sales performance reports, monitor & analyze Trade Club performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and initiate marketing opportunities.
  2. Prospecting & developing new accounts: Identify and cultivate new Trade Club B2B opportunities; increase dealer and customer participation on Trade Club.
  3. Managing existing accounts: Improve customer retention and increase sales for existing Trade Club members; develop targeted marketing campaigns; manage the Certified Parts Wholesale Dealer program.
  4. Sales forecasting & reporting: Provide accurate wholesale sales projections and monitor performance effectively.
  5. Product knowledge: Maintain comprehensive understanding of the company's product range and extended parts warranty program.
  6. Customer relationship management: Manage customer data accurately and efficiently to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Administrative tasks: Analyze data performance, implement corrective actions, and conduct regular travel to visit B2B customers/dealers/body shops and attend industry events.
  8. Interdepartmental collaboration: Work closely with various teams including IMG, SEO, Pricing, PS & L, Zone Managers, and Trade Club Team.
  9. Cross-functional projects: Participate in or lead projects involving multiple departments to promote integration, especially related to wholesale part sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of dealer/field operations/people management experience in an Aftersales environment.
  • Leadership capability demonstrated in current or previous roles.
  • Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles.
