Qualifications

• Matric required.
• 10 years’ experience in an Agricultural Mechanization environment, specifically involving tractors, harvesters, sprayers, parts and workshops.
• Proven experience in after-sales, parts and/or workshop management, including marketing and customer service.
• Qualified Agricultural Technician, preferably with experience in precision farming technology.
• Strong experience in financial, inventory, asset and administrative management within a mechanisation environment.
• Proven personnel management and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a competitive agricultural environment, with strong problem-solving and people skill.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

• Matric
• 10 years’ experience in an Agricultural Mechanization environment, specifically involving tractors, harvesters, sprayers, parts and workshops
