AfriSam (South Africa) invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the 18.2 Boilermaker Learnership Programme 2025.

AfriSam (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, a leading supplier of construction-related materials such as Cement, Aggregate, and Readymix Concrete, is offering 2 learnership opportunities at its Jukskei and Eikenhof Quarry sites.

Selected learners will sign an 18.2 Learnership Agreement that will be registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA).

Applicants must be unemployed youth who are technically inclined and possess one of the following qualifications:

• Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics, Physical Science and English (all passed)
• N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects: Mathematics, Engineering Science, and trade-specific subjects
• NCV Level 4 Engineering Certificate with seven relevant subjects
• Technical Grade 11 with Maths, Science, Language, and trade theory
• Relevant N6 Certificate or National Technical Diploma (T, S, or N stream)
• A valid driver’s license will be advantageous
