Climate change is a major global issue requiring urgent action. As a consultant, you will help shape our Sustainability practice by sharing your expertise in risk management, GHG accounting, and industry experience across diverse clients, aiding their energy transition and decarbonization efforts. You will support in preparing proposals, client meetings, workshops, research, and articles. Are you passionate about sustainability and seeking a role to make a real impact? We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join Deloitte. You will utilize your skills in GHG emissions measurement, monitoring, reporting, and reduction within a team of experts, supporting clients’ strategic and operational decarbonization decisions. You will help clients understand decarbonization uncertainties and risks, enabling strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating high-quality reports with analysis and advice
• Providing insights on scopes 1, 2, 3 emissions, science-based targets, and decarbonization strategies
• Building strong client relationships
• On-the-job coaching of peers with different skillsets

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years relevant experience
• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Experience in GHG emissions accounting, familiar with GHG Protocol, especially scope 3
• Experience in data quantification and calculation
• Willingness to learn about Science Based Targets, PCAF, Net Zero, and related standards
• Knowledge of decarbonization technologies across industries
• Ambitious, independent, and able to perform under pressure
• ESG audit experience is a plus
