Africa Talent by Deloitte (Africa Talent) is a separate legal entity based in South Africa, formed between Deloitte Africa and Deloitte Netherlands to meet the growing demand for talent in Africa and Europe. As a Manager, you will focus on improving business processes, systems, and controls within an evolving IT landscape. Your role involves analysis, implementation, advising, and auditing to support clients in establishing a reliable, secure, and responsible IT environment.
ERP systems are central to the digital environment supporting clients' operational and financial activities. These systems support key business processes, making their security and integrity critical for financial statements and audits. Outsourcing functions introduce additional risks, requiring clear communication about risk management and controls to third parties.
You will lead teams by conducting interviews, guiding (senior) consultants, and acting as the main client contact. For IT Audit and Third Party Assurance projects (e.g., ISAE, SOC), you will test control design, implementation, and effectiveness. Your reports will provide clients with solid advice aligned with organizational risks, personnel, and work ethic. Projects vary from small engagements to long-term audits for annual statements and third-party assurance.
