Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level virtual support to senior stakeholders based in the Netherlands.
  • Proactively manage schedules, meetings, and priorities.
  • Build trust through clear communication and a strong understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Support projects and help drive business outcomes with a strategic mindset.
How you do this
  • Initiating and managing client acceptance procedures (KYC) for client-related projects.
  • Monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely invoicing.
  • Maintaining contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing internal and external events.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Reviewing documents for importance, priority, and required follow-up.
  • Providing substantive support (e.g. in the areas of project/sales).
