  • Manage priority client communications impacting corporate reputation.
  • Provide strategic corporate communications counsel within the region and to the global team.
  • Set annual goals aligned with stakeholders and global reporting requirements, ensuring integrated activity.
  • Coordinate activities around key topics, campaigns, regulatory, and industry-specific changes, managing SLAs and dependencies.

  • Assist in managing TransUnion’s PR agency and other suppliers for projects.
  • Develop talent through coaching and mentoring within the team.
  • Evolve KPI reporting and evaluation metrics aligned with strategic goals.
  • Maintain core materials for ongoing corporate programs, including strategy documents, message briefs, and issue trackers.
  • Maintain strong media awareness, opportunity spotting, and proactive/reactive press activities.
  • Enhance internal communications capabilities to bring business entities and regions closer.
  • Be a key member of the crisis/incident communications team.
  • Advise on communication matters and provide ad-hoc consultancy to senior teams.

  • Creativity and analytical skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Effective communication and influence
  • Strategic planning
  • Media knowledge
  • Self-organization
  • Project management
  • Experience in campaigning, public affairs, and marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing disciplines including social media
  • Understanding of internal communication best practices
