As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of the digital strategy, vision and requirements around Digital Lab and the Innovation Platform.
2. Grow your technical expertise to support the implementation of the Digital Lab and Innovation Platform strategic plans.
3. Support the manager in the positioning of Digital Lab and Innovation Platform as well as gathering the user requirements.
4. Develop knowledge and understanding of the Innovation Platform and Digital Lab.
5. Support the lead and manager in the governance and curation process for Digital Lab and all Digital assets.
6. Monitor progress and update the team including any plans to change the adoption rates.
7. Work with the Digital Change and Upskilling Team to help determine change management activities.
8. Help design and implement a programme of tailored demonstrations.
9. Provide support to the Digital Accelerators and the Digital Accelerator Programme.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Qualification & Experience:

A newly qualified candidate with a degree in Business Studies / Engineering / Information Technology / Data Engineering or related. Some skills and experience in workflow automation.
