Job Description:

Your Mission:

We are seeking an Affiliate & PR assistant to work alongside our PR, Affiliate & ATL Manager to support the recruitment and management of our client’s affiliate programme. You will primarily handle our Editorial Content and Social Content relationships.

You will oversee your own roster of current partnerships and manage a pipeline of new partnerships. Using your communication skills and knowledge of affiliate marketing, you will recruit new content and social partners, turning them into successful affiliate partners to contribute to YoY revenue and traffic goals.

Your role includes researching relevant media outlets, onboarding new partners, drafting pitches and press materials, and pitching to the media to secure coverage, thereby supporting revenue and traffic objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

1. Identify and grow new affiliates with our AWIN Network team while maintaining existing content and social affiliate partners.
2. Analyze and monitor ROI of exposures with new and existing partnerships, using internal and external reporting, and present results to stakeholders.
3. Support the content calendar for daily releases to editorial partners and write press releases for existing and new partners.
4. Monitor media coverage ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with market standards.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as promo code creation, validation, transaction queries, etc.

Technical Skills Required:

1. 1-2 years' experience in affiliate marketing, especially in the UK market. [Essential]
2. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and grammar. Experience in content creation and press release writing is a bonus. [Essential]
3. Self-starter with strong communication, project management, and ability to meet deadlines.
4. Ability to interpret data, drive decisions, and visualize data; experience with Amazon QuickSight and Adobe Suite is a plus.
5. Experience with the AWIN platform is a plus.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

1. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, confident in presenting ideas.
2. Passion for retail trends, staying updated through newspapers, blogs, and social groups in the UK market.
3. Ability to multitask, respond to requests, and manage ongoing projects.
