This is your chance to join a rapidly growing player in the iGaming and Sports Betting industry, taking full ownership of the affiliate channel and driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion through high-value partnerships.

This role is tailor-made for a commercially minded professional with a proven track record in affiliate management. You’ll blend negotiation, strategy, and analytics to build and scale affiliate networks across multiple markets, while ensuring performance aligns with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliates across established and emerging markets.
  • Building and maintaining long-term affiliate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
  • Negotiating commission structures, revenue share models, and bespoke commercial deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns and creative assets.
  • Tracking performance metrics (FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, LTV, churn) and optimising partner results.
  • Ensuring affiliate compliance with responsible gaming standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring traffic sources, mitigating fraud risks, and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within iGaming, betting, or performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance acquisition costs against long-term player value.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking/reporting platforms (e.g., NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live-sports-driven environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ direct affiliate or performance marketing experience.
  • Multilingual ability (African or European languages) will be an advantage.
