Job description

Our client is a leading force in the iGaming industry, operating multiple high-performing online casino brands and delivering innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.

They are now seeking a talented Affiliate Account Manager to join their growing team and take their affiliate partnerships to the next level.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind affiliate growth – identifying and onboarding top-performing partners, optimising campaigns for maximum results, and ensuring affiliates have the tools, support, and incentives they need to succeed.

You will manage day-to-day relationships, deliver creative promotions, and provide actionable insights based on data analysis, all while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards.

You will be at the centre of performance marketing, developing strategies to grow traffic and revenue, managing commission structures, and keeping a close eye on emerging trends and competitor activity to keep the program ahead of the game.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year’s experience in iGaming affiliate account management or affiliate marketing
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of Revenue Share and CPA models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Organised, target-focused, and able to work with cross-functional teams

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in SEO, PPC, or other digital acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of CRM and player retention strategies in iGaming
  • Experience in MGA markets and/or with data tools such as PowerBI
  • Fluency in additional languages
