Requirements

1. Qualified Aesthetic Therapist with a recognized diploma or certification in skincare or aesthetic treatments.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end or luxury salon/spa environment.
3. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, advanced skincare treatments, and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
5. Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell products and services without being pushy.
6. Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
8. Proficient in using salon management software for bookings and client records.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Beauty Qualification, preferably ITEC / CIDESCO.
2. Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
3. Well-spoken & Well-groomed.
4. Excellent customer care.
5. Passionate and target-driven.
6. Strong in sales.
7. Ability to do thorough consultations and personalize treatment plans accordingly.
8. Ability to upsell & rebook.
9. Flexible and available to work late shifts.
10. Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing. Aesthetic qualifications will be a bonus.
11. ESP / Zenoti System experience will be a bonus.

Education

Beauty Therapy - Minimum 1-year qualification.

Key Skills

Experience working with students, time management, acute care, patient service experience, and phone etiquette.
