We're seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Therapist to take on a dual role as Assistant Spa Manager.

Role Highlights:

1. Aesthetic Treatments: Master dermaplaning, microneedling, and other beauty treatments. Enhance customer experiences with excellent service and attention to detail. Stay updated with the latest aesthetic procedures and products.
2. Assistant Spa Manager Duties: Oversee daily spa operations, foster positive team dynamics, conduct inspections, and provide reports. Ensure treatment desks are staffed, distribute workload fairly, maintain cleanliness, address customer concerns, manage stock and orders, create staff rosters, handle scheduling, update operational checklists, coordinate online orders, and keep stock records accurate.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Aesthetics Therapist (essential)
• Relevant qualification in aesthetics (e.g., Masters Diploma in Aesthetician, ITEC, CIDESCO, or SAAHSP)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 (competitive)
