Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market analysis on trends and competitor activity within the aesthetic injectables space
• Develop and implement brand strategies to grow market share and visibility
• Lead marketing campaigns (where allowed), including digital and educational initiatives targeting healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with sales, medical, and R&D teams to support product development and promotional efforts
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (SAHPRA, etc.)
• Engage with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders to strengthen industry presence
• Monitor brand performance, ROI, and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Science, or Aesthetics
• Minimum 3 years experience in brand management within the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic injectables and regulatory frameworks
• Established relationships in the medical aesthetics field and experience managing KOLs
