Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, and manage aerospace engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide interim and quarterly status reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of long-term budgets covering manpower, training, facilities, and equipment.
• Understand project history, current status, and potential future challenges to meet contractual milestones.
• Lead efforts to build and expand the Project Management Group, enhancing its efficiency to support project management functions.
• Guide and coordinate a team of experienced engineers to achieve project goals effectively.
• Support business development through proposals for spin-off projects and new opportunities.
• Create and improve tools, techniques, and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Desirable Skills and Experience :
