Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and high accuracy in data handling.
• Professional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience in financial planning or related financial services is preferred.
• Experience supporting financial advisors and managing client instructions.
• Admin/financial services/business qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients, financial advisors and service providers to support clear communication and professional service delivery.
• Support client onboarding, new business processing, and ongoing client servicing by processing instructions and documentation from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready client records.
• Manage daily administrative workflows efficiently through active system usage and collaborative teamwork.
• Contribute to broader business goals by upholding company values and maintaining professionalism.
