Position Info

The Advisory Sales Executive (ASE) supports the Strategic Business Development Executive (SBDE) in achieving revenue targets and recruiting top advisors. The role involves executing Value Creation Plans (VCPs), identifying growth opportunities, and recruiting high-potential advisors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional qualifications in business management or financial planning are a plus.
Experience
  • 8-12 years in business development within financial services, preferably non-banking sector.
  • Proven ability to execute growth strategies and achieve outcomes.
  • Experience with advisor recruitment, management, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support in Value Creation Plans (VCPs) and develop tailored strategies with SBDE.
  2. Identify and analyze growth opportunities within advisor practices.
  3. Monitor VCP execution and provide feedback.
  4. Assist advisors with technology platforms like Wealth Connect, Efficient Connect, and Efficient Marketplace.
  5. Support in recruiting and onboarding top advisors.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to marketing and sales strategies.
